ACM Management Solutions Ltd was founded in 2002 to provide an independent and impartial service to people with issues under the Control of Asbestos Regulations, which at that time were undergoing substantial changes.
The company rapidly grew to become a national provider of asbestos compliance services and now in many years of trading, we are an established business with vast experience and a solid client base; which includes many blue-chip companies & household names.
We maintain our core values of independence, integrity, reliability and value for money and continue to support our clients new & old to ensure they maintain compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
The founder and Managing Director, Joseph Gillan, has worked in the asbestos abatement industry since the 1980’s and has considerable experience in the identification, management, and removal of asbestos. Today he maintains a hands-on role with particular emphasis on consultancy projects, asbestos awareness training, business development and quality control.
Typical projects range from small one-off surveys to large sites or national property portfolios. We cover all property markets including retail, commerce, social & private housing, manufacturing, leisure, agriculture, defence, healthcare, education, places of worship, local authority, demolition & redevelopment.
Services are typically delivered under the ACM Management Solutions Ltd brand; however we offer a ‘white label’ service to a select number of other professional service providers whereby we deliver our services in their name.
